NOTE: A Propane Gas Bottle is NOT supplied. Due to their high output, our gas fire pits do not house gas bottles internally. Please ensure you have a secure, suitable location for your gas bottle.
IMPORTANT: Decorative media is required to fill the burner tray. We offer genuine decorative Fire Pit Lava Rock – please choose the correct size pack based on the three burner sizes available. Alternatively, you may source your own decorative media provided it is safe for fire pit use, as non-suitable products may crack or even explode.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders over £150, with a service charge applicable for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. We strive to offer fast, reliable delivery; however, some regions (such as the Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey) may experience a 3–5 day delivery service once despatched.

In-stock items are despatched within 7–10 working days via next day delivery, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice provided prior to delivery. If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact our sales team – we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Saturday deliveries are available on request for an additional charge.

On the day of delivery, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any damage. If you note any damage, kindly take photographs and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject the delivery to enable us to file a claim with the courier within 48 hours. Please note that claims cannot be opened after the 48-hour cut-off period.
