Delivery Information

• Delivery Area: FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on orders over £150. A service charge applies for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.
• Dispatch & Service: In-stock items are dispatched within 7–10 working days via next day delivery. A delivery notice with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be provided.
• Custom Delivery: If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact our sales team. Saturday deliveries are available on request (additional charge applies).
• Inspection: Upon delivery, please check the pallet and packaging for any damage. If damage is noted, kindly take photographs and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject it, so that we can file a claim with our courier within 48 hours. Claims cannot be processed after the 48-hour cut-off period.
