11.3 The Monk Transformation Promise (30-day policy):
If you don’t feel like a new person after 30 days of using your Monk product, we’ll provide a full refund under the following conditions:

• Customers must complete at least 15 plunges within the first 30 days of receiving their product.
• All plunges must be logged in the Monk App as proof of use.
• Customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund under the Monk Transformation Promise.
• Transformation will be determined through both qualitative and quantitative data within the Monk app. Lack of data may result in failure to meet the 30 Day Transformation Guarantee terms.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Monk can arrange the return, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if applicable.
• This offer is available in the UK only.

Maintenance & Care

• Filter Replacement: We recommend changing the filter monthly, depending on usage.
• Water Changes: Thanks to the powerful ozone sanitisation, water only needs changing every 2–4 months. The reversible flow valve simplifies the water removal process, allowing you to pump water out directly into a sink or drain.
• Space Considerations: Ensure there is adequate space around the unit—especially at the rear where the cooling unit requires fresh air for efficient operation.
• Ambient Conditions: Designed to operate between 0°C and 40°C; for temperatures below 0°C, leave Monk on to maintain a minimum of 3°C or fully drain the bath as advised.

Delivery & Shipping

• Monthly Dispatch: Monk Smart Ice Baths are dispatched exclusively in monthly drops. Secure your place in the queue—next drop in 12 weeks. (Note: February & March drops are now sold out.)
• Complimentary In-Home Delivery: Our custom delivery service is complimentary. We will contact you weeks prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time and assist with a pre-delivery checklist. On delivery day, our team will position your Monk as desired and remove all packaging.
• Delivery Window: Standard delivery occurs between 09:00–17:00 on working weekdays. Specific delivery options are available for an additional surcharge:
  • Pre-1pm or Post-1pm: £60 surcharge
  • 9am Delivery: £120 surcharge
• Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect the pallet and packaging for damage upon arrival. If any damage is detected, take photographs and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject it immediately to enable us to file a claim within 48 hours. Claims cannot be processed after 48 hours.
