We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on orders over £150, with a service charge for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. In-stock items are despatched within 7-10 working days via next day delivery, with a minimum 48-hour delivery notice. For specific delivery dates or Saturday delivery, please contact our sales team (additional charges may apply).
Upon delivery, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any damage. If you notice any damage, take photos and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject it so we can file a claim with our courier within 48 hours. Claims cannot be processed after the 48-hour cut-off period.
