NOTE: A Propane Gas Bottle is NOT supplied. Due to their high output, our gas fire pits do not house gas bottles internally. Please ensure you have a suitable location for your gas bottle.
IMPORTANT: Decorative media is required to fill your burner tray. We offer genuine decorative Fire Pit Lava Rock – please select the correct size pack based on the three burner sizes available. Alternatively, you may source your own decorative media, provided it is safe for fire pit use (non-suitable products may crack or explode).

Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders over £150. Delivery to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland is available at a service charge. We strive to provide fast delivery; however, some areas such as the Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey may experience a 3–5 day delivery service once despatched.

In-stock items are despatched within 7–10 working days via next day delivery. You will receive a delivery notice with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact our sales team and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Saturday deliveries are available on request for an additional charge.

Upon delivery, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any damage. If damage is found, kindly take photographs and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject the delivery, so that we may open a claim with our courier within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot open claims after the 48-hour cut-off period.
