Delivery Information

• Delivery Area: FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders over £150. A service charge applies for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland.
• Dispatch & Service: In-stock items are despatched within 7–10 working days via next day delivery, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice provided.
• Customised Delivery: If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact our sales team; Saturday deliveries are available on request (additional charge applies).
• Inspection: On delivery, please check the pallet and packaging for any damage. Should any damage be noted, take a photograph and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject it, enabling us to file a claim with our courier within 48 hours. Claims cannot be processed after the 48-hour cut-off period.
