Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders over £150. A service charge applies for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. While we aim to provide fast delivery, some areas – including Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey – may receive their items within 3–5 days after dispatch.

In-stock items are dispatched within 7–10 working days via next day delivery, with a minimum 48-hour notice provided prior to delivery. If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact our sales team and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Saturday deliveries are available on request for an additional charge.

On the day of delivery, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any damage. If damage is detected, kindly take a photo and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject it, so that we can promptly file a claim with our courier within 48 hours. Claims cannot be processed after the 48-hour cut-off period.
