NOTE: A Propane Gas Bottle is NOT supplied. Due to the high output of our fire pits, gas bottles are not housed internally. Please ensure you have a secure, suitable location for your gas bottle.
IMPORTANT: Decorative media is required to fill the burner tray. We offer genuine decorative Fire Pit Lava Rock – please select the correct size pack based on the three burner sizes available. Alternatively, you may source your own decorative media, but ensure it is safe for fire pit use as unsuitable products may crack or even explode.

Delivery Information
We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland on all orders over £150, with a service charge applicable for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. We pride ourselves on fast delivery; however, some areas – including the Scottish Grampian & Highlands, Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey – may experience a 3–5 day service once despatched.

In-stock items are despatched within 7–10 working days via next day delivery. You will receive a delivery notice with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Should you require delivery on a specific day, please contact our sales team, and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Saturday deliveries are available on request, though an additional charge will apply.

Upon delivery, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any damage. If any damage is observed, kindly take photographs and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject the delivery, so that we can promptly file a claim with the courier within the 48-hour window. Claims cannot be processed after 48 hours, so please ensure any damage is reported promptly.
