• Delivery Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the pallet and packaging for any damage. If damage is detected, take photos and either sign for the delivery as ‘damaged’ or reject it, so that we can open a claim with our courier within 48 hours. Claims cannot be processed after the 48-hour cut-off period.
